What does “Checks per month” mean?

"Checks per month" refers to the number of times any web page is tested, tracked, and monitored within a month. Each check is an individual instance of a synthetic test, where the Niteco Performance Insight tool uses a real web browser to simulate user interactions and capture performance data for a specific page. These synthetic tests ensure reliable metrics by repeating checks multiple times a month and summarizing the results in accessible performance visualizations.

How many Checks per month do I need?

The number of Checks needed will depend on the number of pages you want to monitor, the number of your visitors, and overall performance goals. Small websites may only need to monitor a few pages, whereas larger websites may have more key pages that users visit frequently, are primary entry points, or part of a campaign.

How can I pay for Niteco Performance Insight subscription plans?

Niteco Performance Insight offers a wide variety of payment options to users looking to subscribe or upgrade their accounts, including PayPal, GPay, payment by card, and invoicing.

How can I upgrade or downgrade my current plan?

To adjust your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select "My Subscription Plan".
  3. Select “Update Plan”.
  4. Drag the slider to increase or decrease the plan size.
  5. Click “Update” to preview the change.

Please note, if you pay by card, any upgrades will be charged immediately after clicking “Pay Now”. For downgrades, the new plan will take effect in the next billing cycle.

How do I switch from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa)?

To switch between monthly and annual billing, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Select "My Subscription Plan".
  3. Select "Update Plan".
  4. On the pricing page, switch from Monthly to Yearly (or vice versa).
  5. Click “Update” to preview the change.

Please note, if you pay by card, any additional amount due will be charged immediately. Otherwise, the new billing plan will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Can I cancel my plan any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time and your plan will expire at the end of your billing cycle. Until your plan expires, you will have full access to all the features in your plan.

What will happen to my account after my 30-day trial?

After your 30-day trial, you can upgrade to the desired plan. If you choose not to upgrade, you will still be able to log in, but you won't be able to run tests, export reports, or make any other configurations on the tool. Additionally, your test data will be deleted after 7 days.
